Really enjoyed our food here and the view is spectacular! Grain feed meats and you can tell. The burger was very flavourful. My girls really enjoyed it. Shoestring fries were delicious. The Falafel burger was also very tasty! I find the overall food options way more desirable than inside the market and the view in the eating room cannot be beat! I have also tried their cream puff ice cream delicacies and they too are amazing. When at Granville Island and you want to get out of the throngs of visitors go take refuge in this cute shipping container haven. You will be glad you did. Oh and also there is a full bar and super friendly service.

Popina is located in a shipping container, but designed well, so it is really cute and the view is spectacular. We had the fish and chips, the Oreo and Nutella cream puff and fried chicken sandwich. Chicken sandwich was really nice - chicken and batter were super flavourful and crunchy, while the secret sauce gives the sandwich a next level flavour. The fish and chips were also nice. Service was good. Unfortunately the cream puff was a bit of a disappointment. Looks good, and the ice cream is above average soft serve, but the puff pastry portion was a bit stale. The view is wonderful, and I think the experience would be even better when sunny.

I LOVED NUTZO!! And the cream puff was delicious. Tho my friends weren’t really happy with Violet B and Malteser. They believe the ice-cream texture needs some improvements. It’s a really cool experience. And the place is super nice and coze. AGAIN: beware of the seagulls

This is a review for the Nashville Hot Fried Chicken. Wow. EXCELLENT. If you check my reviews you'll see that I have eaten many of these sandwiches, including eating some in Nashville. This is possibly the best one I've had. It was very spicy, but not unbearable. The chicken was perfectly done; super juicy and tender. The batter was perfect, nice and crispy. I have no complaints other than the fact that they don't have any free tap water to deal with the heat. Sparkling water was like $3. HIGHLY recommend.
