We visited Richard's Coffee in hopes of enjoying some waffles, but unfortunately, they weren't available at that moment. However, the staff at Richard's Coffee went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. They created a delightful and unexpected treat for us using a chocolate croissant with whipped cream, and it was absolutely delicious. During our visit, one of their employees even went out of their way to buy waffles for us, ensuring we could enjoy this special treat. Their exceptional customer service and the wonderful surprise made our experience truly memorable. Recommend

This was our second time at at Richard's and we will definitely be back in the future. Such a cozy and laid back cafe, the owner is welcoming and helpful, and lots of gluten free options! Their gluten free bread was also delicious. Tons of desserts, and coffee was very good also (I had the salted caramel latte - they have seasonal drinks!).

Cute and much needed coffee shop in downtown Brockville! I love to support local business, the prices are very affordable, in house made sweet treats, great coffee and tea! They also have all day breakfast, and a large seating area. Staff were friendly. Everything in the cold fridge minus the sandwiches are outsourced, sandwiches and everything in the case on the right is in house made! (See as pictured)
