I recently had the pleasure of dining with my family, and let me tell you, it was an experience worth savoring. From start to finish, the service was impeccable- OWNER NEEL was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. A special shout-out to the team for their warm hospitality! Now, let's talk about the food. The Dahi puri, Noodles , Panner Balti Sabji and Rotis were out of this world-perfectly seasoned, tender, and grilled to perfection. The crispy veg was just as delightful, crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor on the inside. To the Owner Neel working he knows how to create a dining experience that's both classy and unforgettable. Cheers to you for making the night so special. Keep serving those smiles and that top-notch food!

Four of us seniors were on a three-night excursion to Niagara Falls and arrived in Toronto on a Monday evening. Unfortunately, our flight into Pearson International Airport was slightly delayed due to a late departure from the origin. By the time we completed the formalities for our rental car and began looking for dinner options, it was already well past 8:00 p.m., and many Indian restaurants had either closed or were preparing to do so. While searching for available dining options, I came across Sankalp in Mississauga. During the drive to the restaurant, I recalled my previous visit to Sankalp in Ahmedabad, which had been a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and I was curious to see whether the same standards would be maintained here. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Neel, who courteously escorted us to our table. Despite the restaurant approaching its closing hours, he graciously assured us that we could dine at our leisure and enjoy our meal without feeling rushed. During our conversation, we learned that this establishment is affiliated with Sankalp Ahmedabad and that Neel himself is the franchise owner. What impressed us most was his hands-on approach. He personally took our orders and ensured that the food was served promptly. Throughout the evening, he was attentive, personable, and engaging without ever being intrusive—a balance that is increasingly rare in the hospitality industry. The food was freshly prepared, flavorful, and true to the quality we had hoped for. Every dish reflected careful preparation and authentic taste, making for a highly satisfying dining experience. Overall, our visit to Sankalp Mississauga exceeded expectations. Exceptional hospitality, attentive service, and excellent food combined to create a memorable first meal in Toronto. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sankalp to anyone seeking authentic Indian cuisine and warm, customer-focused service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After the management change, the overall experience at Sankalp Restaurant has improved significantly. Mr. Neel Patel is very friendly, humble, and attentive to customers, which makes every visit enjoyable. The Chef's Special vegetable dishes are highly recommended. The taste is excellent and perfectly suits Gujarati preferences while offering rich Punjabi flavors. It feels like authentic homemade food with great quality and freshness. I have also noticed that the taste and quality of all menu items have improved a lot. The food is consistently delicious, the service is good, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I would definitely recommend Sankalp Restaurant to anyone looking for tasty Indian food and a pleasant dining experience.

The food was absolutely excellent — fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. We had sizzlers, dosa and curry as well. The only downside was the service, which was noticeably slow at times. If the service speed improves, this location could easily be a 5-star experience. Note: they have No onion/ No garlic options available.
