Thank you to my server Alyssa for making my breakfast experience here better than ever! Food was good but the service I received took it over the top. A positive, knowledgeable and friendly server, not often what you get at a breakfast establishment. Way to go Alyssa!
Amanda was great as my server. Very fast, quick and efficient. Didn't miss anything. Always amazing experience when you don't need to ask for coffee refills! Only con is some of the potatoes weren't fully cooked and crispy so didn't finish them all.
Came here for brunch with my nana & sisters, and it was lovely! The food was delicious & hot, and despite the restaurant being busy, the vibe around the restaurant was very homey & the staff did an amazing job keeping everything clean. Jaime was our server today, and she was a huge reason why we had such an amazing experience! She was very patient with us, any questions we had about the menu/substitutions were answered with a smile, and she was very attentive and helpful throughout our entire dine & went above and beyond in her service. I can’t wait to return for another fantastic experience in the future! :)
Our server Pam went above and beyond to make sure our party was happy and satisfied. Food came quick, and the serving sizes were generously proportioned
Stacked Pancake house is a nice family breakfast experience My husband enjoyed his breakfast wrap and the hash dishes are all crispy and very good. The gluten friendly pancakes are kind of sour tasting and I would not recommend them (although they look really good). The whip cream is kind of more like icing. The smoothies are very icy (more like slushies). My oat late was okay. I would stick to just plain coffee or tea next time :)
I absolutely love this place! The service was wonderful and the food was made to perfection. This is our families favourite spot to grab a delicious breakfast and lunch. I highly recommend this place for anyone that loves a good hearty meal!
The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. Our favourite part of the visit was easily our extraordinary server Pam :) Pam worked with us to ensure that we had safe meals (as two dinners with celiac disease). She was very knowledgeable, helpful and positive. She always made sure that our drinks were topped up and that we had everything that we needed. Even though the restaurant was very busy, she was able to make us feel welcomed and valued :) Merci Pam!!! Stacked is very lucky to have such a fabulous person on staff :)
Had an amazing experience at Stacked thanks to Jaime! From the moment we arrived, Jaime was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. They checked in regularly, made great recommendations, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal. The service was fast, the food was excellent, and Jaime's positive energy made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Customer service like this is hard to find. I'll definitely be back and would love to be served by Jaime again!
