Been past here numerous times and decided to finally stop in. It's a cute place, kinda nostalgic. It has a few train moving around the ceiling which is cute. The food is typical of a "greasy spoon" diner, good, filling and decently priced. It was full by the time we left showing its popularity. Nothing shouts out 5 stars, but a very solid 4 star overall for sure! I had the Mexicali Omelette with the potato latkas, it was pretty good. I would order again but forego the latkas as it makes it really heavy.

Me and My fiance recently took a trip out to Drumheller and had the delight of getting breakfast at WHIFS, the service was great and fast, the atmosphere and decorations where o fun (there is a train going around the top edge of the restaurant that has some very fun figures.) Lastly the food was incredible! My Fiance got the Basil Benny and i Had the Pigs in a Blanket flapjacks both were incredible.

Cute spot for a good value meal. We popped in for breakfast based on other Google reviews and we're not disappointed. Took a bit longer than normal to get our food and although we were missing our bacon they quickly corrected it. Overhead trains were a fun touch. We thought the prices were very reasonable and staff was very friendly.

Got them to make a grilled cheese with ham and onion. It was delicious, and the fry’s n gravy were very good as well. Loved watching the toy trains go around the restaurant ceiling.

WHIFS has some of the best flapjacks and ambience. Trains, Dinos, and great food. What else could you ask for in Drumheller. We will be back.

I brought my family here for mothers day, and we had a great experience. The server was very nice and went out of her way to help us, including helping my son find a toy to play with. The food was great, and I really enjoyed the eggs Benny. Overall a fun and welcoming environment to bring a family, would recommend.

Stopped here for breakfast during a day trip to Drumheller and it was a great choice. We ordered two breakfast dishes— the Campfire Chowdown and the Eggs Basil — and everything hit the spot. The pancakes were fluffy and really good, and the egg basil dish had great flavour without being too heavy. The prices were very reasonable, the service was friendly, and the food came out quickly. The restaurant also has model trains, which adds a fun and unique touch to the atmosphere. A perfect start to the day — definitely a solid breakfast stop if you’re in Drumheller!
