This place is a must! Alicia is amazing! Everything is good! The pretzel was great. The Pad Thai a nice heat - missed that squeeze of lime. The fries were a bit hard. I'd definitely come back. My sister loved her fish taco and my other sister raves about the beef hotdog. The NA drinks tasty, flavorful, and has depth.
We came in for lunch today, we had such a pleasant experience. Our servers name was Amy and she was very sweet and attentive. I got the fish and chips & he got the macaroni and cheese. He said the macaroni and cheese was good and I found the fish and chips also really good!! They weren't too breaded or oily! Everything was very yummy and the staff + manager ( if I'm not mistaken ) we're all very nice! I would definitely recommend coming here!
From the moment I’ve walked in, the smile from the host was just very welcoming. Then comes the server, very professional, and felt everything was just under control though he has over 10 tables. The vibe and taste of food was also set perfectly.
Amazing customer service and tasty food. This is my second time here and great options for vegetarians and vegans with their plant based menu. That’s why I came here because where I live there aren’t many brunch options for vegetarians and vegans, especially if you’re a strict vegetarian who doesn’t eat eggs. I had the plant based vancheros and a glass of mimosa. The male server by the bar was amazing.
I had lunch at Beertown in EG today and had such a great experience, thanks in large part to our server, Matteo. He was honestly one of the kindest people I’ve met in a long time… friendly, genuine, attentive, and incredibly good at what he does. He made us feel so welcome from the moment we sat down, and he was absolutely amazing with my baby, which meant so much to me as a mom. I don’t think we take enough time to recognize people when they go above and beyond, but Matteo truly deserves it. Great service can make all the difference, and he made lunch such an enjoyable experience. Thank you, Matteo! I hope Beer Town knows what an amazing person they have on their team!!
We had a fantastic experience here! The food was excellent, the beer was great, and the staff were outstanding. Chantal was incredibly friendly and professional, and she truly made our experience even better. Some of us shared meals, and the staff kindly split them onto separate plates for us without us asking, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Highly recommended!
Went back to revisit this place after an initially not good experience. Last nights experience made me see what the hype is all about. Was fantastic. Our server Chantelle was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and provided great recommendations. Food came out great and very little wait time. Our table ordered different options and everything looked mouth watering. The truffle ailoi and house made ketchup deserve a shout out. The sticky toffee pudding was to die for. Steak sandwich was an all star and burgers did not disappoint. Juicy cuts of meat and crisp fries. I can't tell you how much I thoroughly savored each bite without sounding extreme. I recommend this place to everyone to try and will definitely be back.
