Wow, I wanted good Persian food in Toronto and we found it on Yonge street which was entirely unexpected. On a Saturday night there was live Persian music playing and while the restaurant isn't going to win an award for decor, it was lovely with a large table in the back for us. We ordered a good deal of items and found them to be very good examples of persian food. I won't say that any one dish was the best dish that we've ever had, but the Ghormeh Sabzi was very good, perfectly tart, the tahdig was very tasty and crispy and a good portion, the Zereshk Polo was beautifully flavored, the Kashk e Bademjan was a perfect appetizer, and the kebab was quite tasty! Everything was good, spaced well, all the food you would expect to have at a persian home! The service was stellar and we of course finished the meal with tea and saffron ice cream - we'll definitely be back, you should come too!

What a great place. One of the oldest in toronto and family run. Love the food. Host is really sweet and will help with the recommendations. The chicken skewers were soo good and the sharbat too. Partner had a vegetarian dish which she loved. Overall amazing.

This was some of the best Persian food I’ve ever had in my entire life and I grew up in Richmond Hill. I ordered fesenjoon and koobideh takeout - blown away by the flavour and attention to detail. So so so good.

So welcoming and friendly. We ordered Vaziri and Lamb Shank, both were delicious and well-cooked. We definitely will be here again and strongly recommend this restaurant to try.

We has dinner here. Place was easy to find, nice and cozy. Food selection was good and we ordered the chicken kebab and the chicken was served juicy and on a side of a big portion of rice! I wasnt able to finish it as it was big but all in all good service and food.

Visited twice, and both times the experience was excellent As someone who loves Iranian cuisine, I can confidently say the food is authentic and delicious Compared to other Iranian restaurants, their prices are very reasonable for the quality Special thanks to Reza Great attitude and attention to detail Definitely coming back again

Not very special but I will visit again if I visit toronto again and stay in downtown. The lady working there was social, we had a quick chat which felt welcoming. But after that she kept interrupting us during lunch and asked questions and felt like she was watching us more the normal. So it made me kinda uncomfortable.

This was my very first meal in Toronto (it’s my first time visiting) and this was a great start to my food tour. The only problem is they’re too close to my hotel! I may be back tomorrow . The food was delicious and the staff were so hospitable. 10/10 experience.
