About Cluck Kitchen

Discover Cluck Kitchen, a bold fried-chicken destination located at 27511 W San Bernardino Ave #130, Redlands, CA 92374, United States. Known for crispy sandwiches, jumbo tenders, wings, loaded fries, and Southern-inspired sides, this casual spot delivers the kind of satisfying comfort food that works equally well for a quick lunch or an indulgent dinner. Customers can contact Cluck Kitchen at +1 909-792-6411.

The menu is focused without feeling limited. Signature chicken sandwiches start around $8.95–$9.95, while meal versions generally cost about $14.95–$15.95 when ordering directly. Wings, tenders, loaded fries, Mama’s Mac, street corn fritters, fried pickles, curly fries, and scratch-made dipping sauces provide plenty of variety. Dine-in, takeout, delivery, and catering are available, making Cluck Kitchen in Redlands convenient for solo meals, families, and group gatherings.

Among the strongest choices is The Nashville, a fried chicken sandwich designed for diners who enjoy a combination of crisp coating, juicy chicken, and noticeable heat. It is one of the restaurant’s most frequently ordered sandwiches and offers more personality than a standard fast-food chicken sandwich. The Nashville Loaded Fries are another standout, combining seasoned fries with the richer, spicy flavors that define the brand’s Nashville-style offerings. For something simpler, the Jumbo Tenders let the quality of the chicken and sauces take center stage.

Customer feedback supports the restaurant’s reputation for texture and flavor. One recent customer praised the tenders as “juicy and flavorful,” while another reviewer described the chicken as tender rather than dry and considered the portions good value. The Redlands location currently holds approximately a 4.4-star rating from more than 170 reviews, indicating solid overall satisfaction. A recurring limitation is that food is made to order, so waits can occasionally be longer, especially when the restaurant is busy.

The space itself is casual and compact rather than designed for lengthy fine-dining meals. Indoor seating is relatively small, but guests have specifically appreciated the shared outdoor patio on pleasant California days. The atmosphere fits the brand: energetic, approachable, and centered firmly on fried chicken rather than elaborate décor.

Small extras help Cluck Kitchen stand apart from conventional chicken chains. Mama’s Mac, fried pickles, street corn fritters, house sauces, and Croissant Beignets give diners several ways to build a more memorable meal. Family-friendly service and catering further broaden its appeal.

For anyone exploring the best restaurants in Redlands for casual comfort food and flavorful local dining experiences, Cluck Kitchen deserves consideration. Come for The Nashville or crispy tenders, add a side of Mama’s Mac, and finish with beignets for a satisfying introduction to this lively Redlands chicken spot.

Cheaper and better now Last time I came was roughly 5-6m ago, I usually come here every 3 months, now they have a wider menu with balanced portions and better prices, I use to pay closer to $60 before if I recall One thing to improve is the curly fries are unseasoned. We asked for normal fries, are the old crinkle cut fries not available anymore?

Went twice. Had the chicken classic sandwich meal, good size on the sandwich and chicken better than most places, could serve more fries but they are good. The tenders are not small like other chicken places, pretty filling with the toast. Have the Nashville flavor. WARNING: if you can’t take spicy don’t get it. If you can handle spicy it’s good for you. Flavor is good it’s a dry rub not a wet sauce. It’s not overly vinegary. Overall we liked it. Sizes are good wish they added a little more fries. Everything tasted fresh m hot! One thing to consider is the price. For two meals it was about 38$. Average maybe budget for $20-15 per person with combo. (Sandwich pic I ate some fries before picture) Would go back but not often.

I want to preface this review by saying the service is still great. Staff is always friendly and helpful when deciding. Over the past two years they've gone more "corporate" which means stuff isn't the same as is used to be. The tenders are still large and juicy and now they have a broader range of sauces but the original ones aren't the same. They've toned them all down so where I used to go with medium, now I have to go with hot to get the same kick. The problem is the habanero flavor on the hot is reduced so again, not the same as it used to be. It's also missing the honey drizzle that seals the deal on the lower level flavors. Prices also changed to accommodate the full meal which is ok priced as a combo but means chicken alone is more expensive. The Mac and cheese which used to be amazing now tastes worse than what's served at a cheap buffet. At least the waffle fries are still good. We miss the old boxes with the chicken cutouts. Like I said I it feels like it's made changes at the recommendation of an outside "corporate" advisor. If you start seeing more franchises pop up, then it makes sense. Just stinks to compare the amazing past versions and the modern mass market versions.

This is a five out of five restaurant when it comes to chicken. In a sea of generic chicken sandwiches and mediocre chicken strips this place stands out for so many reasons. The menu and recipes are created by a real chef. You'll appreciate each bite! From the quality of their chicken to the freshness of their local made brioche buns you are in for treat. My fave are the wings. The lemon pepper is my fave. They make their lemon pepper sauce from scratch with real lemons. The garlic parmesan are the best I've ever had with a super rich and creamy flavor. What I really like are the breaded wings! Of course the star of the show is going to be the big chicken sandwich. Their "mini" is actually a standard size Chicken sandwich you would find at a generic chain. So if you want get something regular size you would get that. They have some boozie drink options as well as make their own refreshing drinks. Inside and patio seating. Outside seating is really nice too. A big menu to look at with a lot of flavor options.

Tried this place for the first time today and it was great! I got the tender meal with medium spicy level. Their Nashville hot chicken flavor is delicious. Will definitely be going back.
