Had such an amazing experience at FireRock Lounge thanks to our server Kaliah! She was so friendly, attentive, and made the whole night feel super welcoming from the moment we sat down. Drinks and food came out quickly, she had great recommendations! You can tell she genuinely cares about giving people a good experience. Easily one of the best servers we’ve had in Whistler — will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing place with wonderful service and food. Everything we ordered was excellent but the chicken wings were so so. The salads, quinoa bowl, pepperoni pizza, and all drinks were perfect. Highly recommend this place.
The food was good, and the staff was on top of making sure my allergies were taken care of. They have gluten free options for their burgers and pizzas as well! (Just nothing that goes in the fryer - so if you’re celiac keep that portion in mind) They even confirmed that their gluten free buns and pizza dough were not made with almond flour for me.
We had the best experience at Firerock during our stay at the Westin. Farrah was very kind and energetic. . .made great recommendations and gave exceptional service. The whole team makes you feel like you are the only ones there and are so personable ! Great restaurant to have in the hotel!
Third visit to the Firerock Lounge on this visit. This place is well worth the stop. The Moscow Mule is amazing, it's a must try. Special shout out to our server Mikayla, she was absolutely fantastic. Bubbly personality, always smiling and always accommodating to our every request. Thank you FireRock and thank you Mikayla
Had a great experience at FireRock Whistler! The food and atmosphere were excellent, but what really stood out was the service from Farrah. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. Her positive attitude and great customer service made the whole experience even better. I was on the patio last night with a group of about 30 people. I have to recognise and praise our server, Cat. Our group was scattered haphazardly on the patio and bills were being paid individually by groups of from 1 to 4 people. People also were moving about throughout the evening. Cat never missed a beat; she kept track of everyone's orders and bills, all the time with a polite and friendly attitude and a smile on her face. Thank you Cat for helping to make our evening most enjoyable.
