Great sushi! Fabulous service... we will be back for sure!
Best sushi in Quebec city so far. Most places don’t compare on the food freshness and taste. They have more than the cheap hot hakutsuru sake available. All the food is good for all type of budget. scallop trio is a must as well as the salmon with grilled skin. I did takeout for my birthday and it was also superb. This is my go to place to splurge on the best sushi (but their bento style meal is also very good)
Amazing food, we order 3 different plates and it all was delicious and so so fresh and well made, best meal we’ve had in Quebec… the service was also great and the ambiance was cool, great music.
This is a life experience. If you think to know and appreciate sushi, you should come here to clarify your mind. From now on I’ll never call sushi every “all you can eat” I'll find back to Italy or anywhere else. At Metropolitain Eddie Sushi Bar everything is so real and well prepared, every choice they make is for the best food experience of their customers: the fish is so fresh and tasty, the portions are perfectly calculated and the service gives the eyes the same incredible life experience. The owners are originally from the "asiatic sushi world", but they could elevate its tastes to even better ones. I thought I had the best sushi in South Korea, but no, actually from now on I'll recommend this place as the best sushi place in the world.
If you are looking for some very good Japanese food, this is the place to come. They carry Uni and Toro tuna. We had the love boat for 2. I came back after the pandemic and I confirm that the Live Boat is as good as before!!! The quality is amazing!!
Came here last Friday with a few friends after a long week and honestly it was exactly what we needed. The salmon tataki was incredible, super fresh and beautifully plated, the kind of dish you end up talking about on the drive home. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, kept the sake recommendations coming and made the whole evening feel effortless. If you're looking for a solid sushi spot in Quebec City for a relaxed night out, Eddie is absolutely worth it.
Food was amazing, service was amazing. I’ve been to many sushi restaurants over the years around the world and I have to admit this is the best one I’ve had yet. We went a total of 3 times so far and every time has been great. Whether you’re taking your food to go or in the restaurant the visual is beautiful and the quality and quantity of the fish is really generous on each piece. Highly recommend, it’s pricey but absolutely worth it.
The atmosphere was really great. Lights were not too bright nor too dark. The music in the background was loud enough, we were definitely able to hear each other talking. I ordered the chicken noodle soup, which was delicious, but the only thing was that is wasn't really hot. Could've been warmer. But the taste was pretty good!! As for the sushis I got the California roll, the salmon Kamikaze ( temaki), i gotta say, the fish there was really fresh. It was melting and was tasteful! I also got the flying fish roe and scallops gunkan which was delicious and big pieces. As for my last sushi i got soya making with scallops tartare, crab, avocado, cucumber and tempura; the taste was really good, but the only unfortunate thing, is that the sushi cost 19$ for 4 pieces. It is really pricy and in my opinion, it is way too expensive. Otherwise than this, the whole experience was really great! I do recommend this place!!
