I always go to Paul when I need a bit of “Parisian” vibe. Last year, we visited Paris and were very disappointed by Paul over there. But Paul Vancouver really did outstanding. My hubby and I went for a brunch date, he took Tiffany at Paul, I drank a vanilla Shekerato after asking our amazing server Kevin for recommendations. They were splendid. My hubby gad a hamburger, and I got a traditional Crèpe with Poulet. It was very light and fresh. And I also got a side of Truffle fries. And Tommy was an amazing host, he was always checking to see if everything is good and if we need anything. He recommended the Rêve de Blue.. it’s literally a blueberry dream dessert. I can’t explain enough how delicious it was. You have to try it to understand. The croissant was flaky not soggy and full with mascarpone, cream cheese and whipped blueberry. It’s very delicious and not too sugary. Shout out to Laura and Hannah, for also giving us amazing recommendations and making us feel so special.

We had such a lovely time at PAUL Restaurant. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed evening—sometimes all you need is a quick bite and a good cup of coffee, and this place delivers exactly that. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a charming European café vibe that makes you want to slow down and enjoy the moment. The pastries and food were fresh and beautifully presented, and the coffee was spot on—rich, smooth, and satisfying. What really stood out was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome without being overbearing. Service like that always makes a difference. We’ve also been to PAUL in Singapore, and it’s impressive how consistent they are—the same quality, taste, and overall experience across locations. That kind of reliability is rare. Definitely a place we’d come back to, whether it’s for a quick coffee break or a casual catch-up over pastries.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped by PAUL Restaurant, Café and Bakery and had a very pleasant experience overall. The pastry display alone is impressive — beautifully arranged croissants, tarts, and desserts that make it hard to decide what to order. Everything we tried tasted fresh and well-made, with that classic French bakery feel — buttery, balanced, and not overly heavy. It’s a great spot whether you’re stopping in for coffee and pastries or looking for a light meal while exploring Robson Street. What really stood out, though, was the service. Tommy, the restaurant manager, greeted us warmly and carried himself with genuine professionalism throughout our visit. His attention to guests and welcoming attitude made the experience feel polished yet comfortable, and it set a great tone from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere feels refined but still relaxed, making it an ideal place to take a break, meet friends, or enjoy a quiet café moment. Highly recommend — great pastries, welcoming service, and excellent management presence from Tommy. Would definitely return.

Tommy took exquisite care of us! Gave deletable recommendations such as the Rêve de myrtille (blueberry dream). Food was absolutely phenomenal. Chef’s kiss, 11/10. Apart from Tommy, his staff was enjoyable. Our server took photos of myself and my sister holding our delicious salmon eggs benny. Side Note: This was both our first time trying Paul Café and needless to say, we will most definitely be coming back to try more of what they have to offer.

Paul Restaurant Café and Bakery has that rare charm of a place that feels classic without feeling frozen in time. The atmosphere carries the soul of an old French bakery: elegant, warm, and quietly theatrical, like Paris decided to behave itself for once. The service is excellent: attentive, kind, and professional without turning the experience into a royal inspection. The pastries are beautiful, the coffee is rich, and the burger is surprisingly outstanding. But the real betrayal of common sense is the food: fresh oysters, beautifully made cocktails, and those scallops wrapped in bacon, which are simply obscene in the best possible way. Smoky, delicate, rich, and perfectly balanced. Paul is not just a café. It is world-class hospitality with butter in its veins.

Everything about this place is amazing from the interior design, food quality and amazing service. I came here for an event with McLaren and had amazing conversations with Tommy. He was working so hard and still made the time to ensure my girls and I were taken care of and had the best time. I’d love to add in how amazing the blueberry dream desert pastry was omg definitely a staple and you can tell how much time and care took to make this. Along with everything else. 100/10 recommend this place.

I visited PAUL Bakery on Robson Street yesterday and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service was friendly and attentive, and everything was beautifully presented. I enjoyed a delicious croissant sandwich and a perfectly prepared latte with lovely latte art. The croissant was fresh, flaky, and buttery, with high-quality ingredients that made every bite enjoyable. The coffee was smooth, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the meal. The café was clean, comfortable, and felt like a little piece of France in the heart of Vancouver. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend PAUL to anyone looking for excellent pastries, coffee, and service. Merci, PAUL!

Our first time at Paul’s today. Absolutely amazing atmosphere and experience. I had the Blueberry Dream dessert (portion big enough for 2), the salmon Benny, and the strawberry matcha float. Everything was priced reasonably, food was received in a timely manner, and our service was perfect. We’d definitely return for another brunch date! Thank you to Tommy in management, and our server.
