Royal Pan Restaurant is a hidden gem for Falooda lovers! The Kulfi Falooda here is hands down the best in the entire Lower Mainland — absolutely mouthwatering and unbeatable. I’ve tried almost everything on their menu, and I keep coming back just for their exceptional Falooda. Sneh and Harsh bhai are amazing — friendly, cooperative, and always make the experience better. The sweet pan is another delightful treat, and all the food here is consistently fresh and flavourful. Although I usually go for takeout, the quality never disappoints. Good place to go for paan and for some sweet cravings… Pani poori is okay, could have been better, water for pani poori was too bland.. Chaat Papdi is okay okay, has room for improvement, honestly skip adding cucumber and tomato to it. Paneer Kathi Rolls are amazing , its gives a good burst of flavour. Best part is they are open late too.

Very nice Royal Paan location. Very clean interior clean kitchen and great food choices. I tried their Dabeli, they were delicious. I guess first time someone in North America have nailed it on Dabeli. Authentic and delicious. Samosa chaat was great too. Definitely one of the best Royal Paan location.

Hands down one of the best spots in Surrey for authentic Indian street food and paan. The butter chicken poutine is an absolute game-changer — crispy fries loaded with creamy butter chicken gravy, tender chicken, and cheese curds. It’s the perfect fusion of Canadian and Indian flavors. Their samosa chaat and pani puri are super fresh and packed with bold spices that actually taste homemade. The flavors are vibrant, not watered down. The staff is always friendly and fast with service, even during busy dinner rushes. The restaurant is clean, bright, and has a nice casual vibe — perfect for quick bites or eating in with friends. Portion sizes are generous and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. For paan, their sada paan is a great option — fresh, perfectly balanced, and super refreshing. The rose and meetha paan are also excellent. Whether you want something simple or loaded with flavors, their paan selection hits the spot every time. If you’re in Surrey and love Indian food, do yourself a favor and check out Royal Paan. My experience at Royal Paan was really good! I ordered Masala Paav, BHEL Puri, and Fried Rice with Manchurian. The Masala Paav was definitely the best one I've had. Highly recommended place for fast food on the go.

I had such a great experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and attentive without being overwhelming, which made the whole meal even more enjoyable, perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner.
