Taco N Tequila in Niagara Falls is a great place to go. They have plenty of gluten-free options, the service is great, and the restaurant was clean even on a busy Saturday night. My only real critique of the environment is the lighting—it is incredibly dark, and I’m not convinced it actually adds to the ambiance. If anything, it can feel like a bit of a safety issue. Just note that none of their appetizers are gluten free and anything friend is not gluten free. Big let down if you want nachos like we did. We ordered three plates of tacos, and they were all very good. However, the portion sizes—at least for the tacos—are very small for what you pay. We eat average amounts of food and left without feeling full. For the price, the value just doesn't feel completely right. Our server was excellent, but it was interesting to note that the staff have clearly been instructed to prompt patrons for Google reviews, as they leave a specific card with your bill when you pay. On the decor side, the art on the walls is beautiful, though you can definitely tell it is a tourist-heavy spot. Parking is also a bit of a gamble; we got lucky with a spot right up front, but otherwise, good luck finding a space. Will I come here again? Absolutely, because the food is excellent. You just have to accept that those little annoyances will always be present.
