Had an amazing experience at Big Way Hot Pot! The food was fresh, flavorful, and the whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Kayla . She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her service truly made the evening even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for delicious hot pot and great customer service. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Same great food experience as the other Big Way locations. Fresh, plentiful produce and proteins. You pick what you want, pay by weight and the staff cook up with your choice of broths or you could select the dry option. Small ice cream cone given for afters. The Robson location is a bit cramped. Only one sauce bar while some other locations have 2. This leads to lines. The washrooms are painted in funky colours, giving them a Squid Games vibe.
First time trying hot pot, and I loved it! The food was delicious, with plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. The self-serve concept made it easy to customize my meal exactly how I wanted. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back!
I had a great experience at Big Way Hot Pot. The place is very busy, so it’s better to make a reservation in advance. The food is pay-by-weight, and you can choose your own soup base, which is really nice. The quality of the ingredients is very good, and the soup tastes amazing. The restaurant is always pack and best to make a reservation before heading down to minimise the wait time. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Self service counter where you pick the ingredients that you wanted and make payment at cashier. Food was fresh and nicely displayed. Different broth and spice level to choose from. Definitely not the thickest broth base but flavourful enough especially on cold winter days. Love it that there are condiments station available so you can customise your own sauces too. At the end of meal, they do offer free softserve ice-cream which was delicious too!
One of the freshest, nicest and tastier hot pot experiences. Recommend adding yourself to the wait list prior to arriving. Even on a busy Friday during FIFA we didn’t wait longer than 25 mins. The staff was very friendly and efficient in getting guests seated and eventually out the door. We went with our 6 and 9 year olds and they loved the concept of picking their own meats and veggies. Would definitely recommend this franchise! Perfect meal for a rainy day in Vancouver
