Went today for a nice little birthday meal. We had the roast beef dinners which were amazing! Our waitress, Faith, was lovely and more attentive than I’ve seen most servers be in the last few years, which is always appreciated. I was also pleasantly surprised with the reasonable prices. 2 full meals, including a shared appetizer, a beer, a soda, and 2 desserts came up to 88$ (plus tip). I don’t think I’ve had a date nite meal be that cheap since the before times.
Had the pleasure of having Marie Serve us yesterday. Everything was amazing. Her service was golden as was her smile and attitude. She was very kind and talkable. The food was delicious as always. Showed up at a busy to me but we still got served in what I consider a normal timeframe. Keep up the good work. I will be back

Debbie was our server and she was absolutely exceptional, a consummate professional. She gave us options, checked on us to make sure we're doing okay, and was very pleasant and courteous. It made for a great experience. Very happy

We always have a great experience at Swiss Chalet on Innes Road! On our recent visit, my partner enjoyed the Hot Chicken Sandwich with a Caesar, and I had the Quarter Chicken White Meat with a Sangria. Everything was delicious and exactly what we've come to expect. What really keeps us coming back is the amazing staff. Everyone is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes every visit enjoyable. A special thank you to Monique for her outstanding service during our meal. She was kind, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent food, great atmosphere, and exceptional service. We look forward to our next visit!
